I'll try not to be too harsh on this unit (as I bought a 2nd hand one off ebay) but its difficult not to be with all the problems I have encounterd. Refusing to play certain discs, mp3 discs skipping and the unit would quite often freeze up for no apparent reason. After a bit of research I found out that the problems lie with the firmware on the unit, with most issues delt with by the release of the BT5100 (the same unit but with the updated firmware.) Despite all of this, it was a stunning unit with a superb display, excellent handsfree bluetooth quality and great sound (when it was working properly that is!).
