      Great all round

The Sealey Roadstart Emergency Powerpack has got to be one of the most useful items i have ever bought. The main function of the item is to be a mobile jump pack for them occasions when your car battery goes flat and generally saves the use of jump leads from one car to another.

The battery life is amazing and will start a car anywhere up to 8 times from my experiance. However an 18 hour charge is recommended once the battery does eventually run out which seems to be the only real disadvantage with this item.

The other features on this item are a cigarette lighter socket which can be used for any purpose that the one in your car can be used for, charging phones, laptops etc. The socket can also be used to charge the jump pack from the lighter socket in your car, all the leads and connections necesscery for this are supplied in the box.

We quite often find ourselves camping and the Emergency Light on then comes in handy as the battery lasts for ages we used it for a week charging phones and using the light and it never run out.

The Jump pack is quite heavy, around 8kg being made of tough black plastic as in the photo above and mainly the battery. There are four LED lights on the front with a red button next to them which you press and the LED's indicate the battery life. There is the Light in one corner and an 2 on/off switches one for the light and one for the Lighter Socket.

The cost of this item should be around the £60 - £70 mark with the final price depending on where you decide to buy it from. This might seem quite expensive for what your getting, however this item is a life-saver to have in your boot after having left your lights on or when helping someone else get their car started, it also comes with a 1 Year Manufacturers Warranty and most certainly seems to be more reliable than a lot of the cheaper competitors available on the market.
