Metro Stoplock Pulsar:
... 8 hours my car was stolen and i found the lock in pieces on a local school.
Once the car had been found, we spotted a small screwdriver that did not belong to us. We believe that the thieves used this to destroy and remove the lock. I am absolutly disgusted in how the company has praised this item when it took only minutes for a bunch of kids to prise it off with a screw driver!!
I strongly advise everyone to st... Read the full review: Stoplock Pulsar by xxamezyxx |

Metro Stoplock Pulsar ... with unique code on and a replacement order form should you need to order more keys, something later on in the review you will realise I wish I had done. Stickers also came to display on your window to show that you have implemented added security methods. The stop lock is fitted by looping through the steering wheel once in place it then clicks shut and the light illuminates to show this is secure. This can now only be opened by key. Now this has given me some fantastic peace of mind on keeping my vehicle secure that was until I had my handbag stolen with the house keys and car keys in (take note if that was you in Alton Towers in June) and I realised I would not be ... Halfords Steering Wheel Bar ... with it. It is easy to operate and is a heavy piece of equipment, which I think would deter most car thieves. It locks easily but securely and its overall appearance would make a thief decide to try another car! The price was something like £18 but I had this one in a sale; I would imagine now that they cost probably about another tenner. All the same, it has given peace of mind and I have happily parked the car using this lock, in very dubious areas, and returned each time to find the car intact. The only thing I can really say against this device is that it is not resistant to sunlight and therefore has faded somewhat - it is therefore not quite so visible. A... Metro Stoplock Pro ... my 3 Series. I felt I needed the extra security as I live in a rough area and park on the street. No problems so far - good heavy meaty lock with a long bar (much better choice than the stoplock original and only £15 more) which I have used everyday. Its still bright yellow after all this time, and the lock has worked faultlessly - just requires a little squirt of WD40 each year to keep it running smoothly. My car has not been broken into yet as I always use this lock which be seen across the street in the windscreen. I also be sensible and dont keep anything in the car. Well recommended for £40 - I would not buy any other lock except the Disklock pro (£75) when I h... Read the full review: Stoplock Pro by ChinaRoses |
