I put it on my car everyday outside my house and it gives me a little piece of mind but I dont really like using it. Basically, I know that the one day I don't use it, my car will get stolen and it will be all my fault and my dad will not sympathise with me. (quite fair really!)

My car doesn't have an alarm so when I moved to a slightly dodgy postcode, my dad bought me this - just in case. I think it came from Halfords and cost about £44 but he saved 10% by preordering it online. Don't know if they still do that but it is worth a check. It is basicallsy a very heavy bright yellow thing made of plastic and (I assume) filled mostly with cement (to make it heavy). It has an equally heavy metal section on the end (black bit in the picture) and this has a set of prongs which go around your steering wheel, locking this contraption on to it.
