With my son starting school this year I wanted to be able to encourage him to play games which required him to sit an concentrate, that he could play with others and would also help him learn as he went along. We were given a pack of ELC Snap cards by my mum who's big on educational toys and they seemed like just the thing I was looking for. The Early Learning Centre Snap cards come in packs of 48 cards which are brightly coloured in bold primary colours such as red, blue and yellow, they feature the relevant number in the top right hand corner and image such as a hot air balloon, teddy bear, car, ducks.... repeated to match the number on the card and finally ... ELC Number Snap One of the resources we use quite frequently in the classroom, purchased from on of my favourite shops for children's resources. WHAT DO I GET? Inside the box are 48 cards made, I am informed from forest friendly card. The number cards themselves are about 10 CM BY 7 CM and there are 4 of each of the numbers 1 to 10. One one side they feature a picture of the object(s), the number and the word representing the number, and on the other side, the elc logo is repeated.
