a fun game to play for all ages

When I was at college I used to hand around with a group of guys who used to play magic the gathering, for ages I wasn't bothered at all about the game. Then one of them sat down with me to show me how to play, after several learning games I was actually starting to get the hang of it and to quite enjoy the game. The overall aim of the game is to eliminate all of your opponent's cards or destroying all of the manner (live) that they have, this is done by putting your cards at combat against theirs. For my next birthday the same guy that taught me had decided to put me together an eventide deck, this was the best one that I ever played with and the easiest to use! The eventide is the second set of the shadowmoore set, which over all is great fun to play with introducing more twists and abilities to the game, including retrace which means that you are able to get card out of the grave yard, keeping even the older players of the game interested.
