Advantages: Great Bell, good concept, well made
Disadvantages: None
I'm guessing we've all played this at some time right? Aha caught you! The classic schoolyard game, basically the players take turns in answering a sequence of questions and they are not allowed to say the words Yes or No. Sounds easy but never is, someone always blindsides you just when you think you have perfected it.
In The Box
--------------
1 Bell similar to those you find in hotels.
1 Instruction booklet in English with comprehensive instructions.
1 set of question cards - 50 cards 10 questions on each
The Boring Bits
-------------------
The game is designed for 2 - 6 players and is suggested for players of Age 8 and over, I guess this is due to the level of reading required.
On the back it notes that the set is unsuitable for children under 36 months.
The Game
-------------
The questioner draws a card and asks the sequence of questions on the card. The responder has to answer without saying yes or no or nodding or shaking their head. If they do the questioner rings the bell. Score is kept either by how many questions have been answered or by how many cards have been successfully completed.
It's good fun, it lasts surprisingly long and should you exhaust the cards you can simply make up your own.
Value
-------
This game cost me £6 and has been a lot of fun for all the family members.
Summary: Cracking game for all.

- 21/07/09 You describe the game very nicely, but I wonder what you think about it, how often do you find you want to play it, with whom you like to play, and if there are some rules/changes to the game you like to make to make it more interesting. |
