Although Top Trumps was originally created in the 1970's it seems to have a resurgence every few years and come back. The game is played with two or more players and a deck of top trumps cards. The cards have a theme, this can be anything from dinosaurs, transformers, cars, planes, trains, simpsons characters, harry potter characters, motorbikes, and any number of other decks that are out there.

Each card has one object or person on it and then a list of statistics relating to that product. As the deck is split between players each person reads a statistic on their card. if it beats the other persons card you win that card. The game ends when one player runs out of cards.

This is probably one of the most addictive games invented. When you get a new deck of cards it is fun but once you get to know the deck it becomes even better. If you want to make the game even more fun you can buy two decks of the same kind and put them together.

These sets are ideal for when you are travelling, keeping kids occupied, waiting for planes and any number of places. They are not very expensive and last for ages. You can play over and over and will be hooked in minutes. Get a set get playing and have fun.
