Uno Extreme ... stream of cards coming towards you! The aim is to get rid of your cards before your opponent.

Newest Review: ... the original game. Extreme is a bit of fun but for anyone who wants to actually play the game it becomes a bit ridiculous. ... more

... Instead of drawing extra cards you hit the button on the card holder which can spew out between zero and lots of cards. This can be fun and frustrating, especially for children but means there is much less skill in the game as the best play will not mean a win, it is all down to how many cards you get. We must be far too competitive as the game is obviously designed as a fun party or childrens game, rather than for someone who actually wants a vagulely skillful game of cards. However, for me the original Uno had bot...more

You may think this was on one of the kids Christmas lists last year but no it was on mine. I come from a big family were a lot of time was spent on games, sports etc. anything which everyone could get involved in. For anyone trying to place this, on the TV advert it shows everyone laughing and larking while the electronic Uno machine randomly spits out anywhere between 1 and a bunch of uno cards just when you are about to win. If you have already played the Uno card game you'll find this very similar with a few added extras which up the fun factor. We sat down with the boys on Boxing night to play and I left it to hubby to install the 3 size C ...  Read the complete review

As a family we have played the traditional Uno card game for years. A couple of Christmas's ago my son who was 9 at the time put Uno Extreme on his Christmas list. I couldn't see the point of buying this as I thought the ordinary game was good enough. His Christmas list however was shown to various family members as usual. Father Christmas kindly left my son this much wanted game on Christmas morning and was also on the ball enough to leave 3xC batteries as well (he is a clever fellow isn't he?). That afternoon the batteries were put in the bottom compartment which was easy and opened with a screwdriver so little fingers couldn't mess with them. The game ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Uno Extreme: Take gameplay to the extreme (795 words)

My daughter has loved Uno since she was a small child, and she was bugging us to get the extreme version for her a few years ago. I finally relented when I saw it on offer for £9.99 (currently £14 on Amazon). As we had all played Uno as a family, I was wondering what was different about the extreme version. Uno extreme is designed to look like a curved piece of plastic that hold the cards inside its casing. On first impressions I remember thinking that it was a very odd shaped design. My daughter at the time had played with extreme before and took over the construction so we could all get started. As she took the lid off and paced the pack of cards ...  Read the complete review

Most people have heard of Uno, the card game where you sit around a pile and put cards down...well even if you haven't, it is your average card game which will get boring after a while. So here comes the Uno Extreme, which will surprise you no matter how many times you play it there's always another twist. This product is produced by Mattel which is a trustworthy company who have provided many toys for children over the years. This game is no exception as it is enjoyable and fun. They recommend the game for children over the age of seven but it is a simple game which can easily be picked up. I have often played with m y five year old cousin who really enjoys the ...  Read the complete review

Contrary to what you might think this is not a childs game but really is a game for anyone and everyone Adults only, children only or a mixture of both can all thoroughly enjoy this lively table top game it is essentially a card game but not with the usual set of playing cards It has a specifically designed deck of cards and with the extreme version reviewed here comes with a card dispenser which on a few occaisions distributes more than one card like it should do. However the basic game ie without the dispenser is almost just as much fun ...well in all honesty it is but the exteme just makes dishing out the cards that little bit easier and more ...  Read the complete review
