Despite all the alternative meanings the cards can have (coloured spheres notwithstanding - you need to buy the accompanying book to understand more of that) this is a deck which can be used by any reader - although perhaps not quite recommended for a beginner. The Llewellyn Witches Tarot is probably one of the most beautiful decks I've ever seen. No matter what your spiritual path - or even if you're just a collector of Tarot - this is a must-have just for the artwork. I am of the particular school of thought which says that a Tarot reader shouldn't stick to just one pack. There are, in my experience, many Tarot packs which "suit" a personality and one can interchange decks to suit one's mood.
