... an easy car to park. I can even do the reverse parallel thing which impresses passengers no end (my friends don't get out much). It's nippy so I can get past tractors and infuriating Sunday drivers but there's not much go in it for the motorway, however as he's regularly on the M6 I know he can hold his own at 90mph. Ford Fiesta Zetec in general ... a real bonus on those frosty winter mornings when most of my neighbours will be scrapping away at their windscreens! I find this little car great fun to drive with good handling and a wonderful engine which is only 1.25L giving good full economy cheap road tax and low car insurance ( group five I believe). I was told that Yamaha helped ford design the Zetec engine and if this is true I am not surprised. It is much more refined than the old rattley fiesta engines of old but beware I have been told that they need a good quality oil so it is probably worth investing in something half decent. Renault Scenic 1.4 16v ... a glove box as normal plus an extra storage hole on the front dash, two huge panels in the boot and two smaller compartments in the boot on the walls. The car came with a tape player but if buying new now it can be bought with a cd player. The car has electronic windows in the front and manual in the back. The front ones can be controlled by the drivers side for both the windows. The car also has a electronic meter on the dash that tells you mileage and how many miles are left with the petrol you have in the tank. Ford Fiesta Finesse in general ... also an excellent car both cheap to run and maintain. Therefore we decided to upgrade to the latest model. This particular model comes with a sunroof, CD player and radio. Driver and passenger airbags. Having owned an older model I was really suprised by the quality of the interior, the materials used are much better quality than before and the general layout of the interior has been really well thought out. The engine is probably slightly underpowered for its weight compared to our previous Zetec. But we have found it economical and extremelly reliable apart from one major fault which was repaired for under a hundred pounds. The car started to judder and misfire when ...
