Toyota Celica (pre 1999):
... mean old mans car??? Does that mean at 50 im to old to drive a celica?? How ageist! Anyway I bought my Celica 3 weeks ago - fully intending to replace my Diesell Mondeo with another Diesell Mondeo However while passing a local car dealers saw this Silver 1999 celica ST in the forecourt, 23,000 miles and decided to give it a test. Loved it right away-The previous owner had kept it pristine, body work unma... Read the full review: My Celica by phil3 |

Honda Civic (1995 on) in general ... bought my Civic VTI in July 2002. My previous car was a peugeot 106 (R reg) and I must admit I did love the little thing but the day I saw my civic I fell in love with it. I have always had a thing about Civics and previously had one (1.5vtech, R Reg) with my x boyfriend. I could not believe my luck when I came upon a VTI and just had to test drive it there and then. My car has so many extras on it, some things you dont even realise are on a car like colour coded door handles!!!! I have been driving it for about 6 months now and love the sound of the engine especially on acceleration mainly in 1st & 2nd!! Even my son (3yrs old) keeps asking me to turn the ster... Alfa Romeo 146 2.0 ti 5dr ... bought my Alfa Romeo 146 a couple of months back and I'm still smiling every time I drive it. The engine purrs away as it rises through the revs 3,000 ... 4,000 ... 5,000 ... 6000 7,000, nearly red lining, but still not nearly as deafeningly loud as you'd expect, feel the responsiveness of the 150BHP through the incredibly long power band, it's handling like a dream and yet you have four passengers and their luggage in the surprisingly spacious boot. It's a family car! A really fun family car! The spec is good too, electric windows, remote locking, alarm, imobiliser, alloys, PAS and more as standard plus of course whatever options you get on your used ca... Ford Mondeo 2.5i V6 24v ST24 5-dr ... years old, 100,000 miles - you could say I've driven this car a fair bit. Then the reality, I got this car when it was one year old, with 11k on the clock, so I've "only" done 89k in 2 years. And I still love it!!! BACKGROUND: I had about £13k to spend on a "new" car, I'd just given up my company car and needed something reliable to get me around the M25 each and every day. I was toying with the idea of a diesel, but heart overrulled the head and I plummed for the ST - for a bit of fun. Well I decided that the journeys were going to be tedious enough as it was, so I wanted to try and keep myself from boredom whenver I could. W... Read the full review: 100k in my ST24 by AdeC |
