Peugeot 307:
... recently passed my driving test in may an bought the peugeot 307 in january. as a new driver i did find it big and took some getting used to. the clutch is very light and the biting point is very high so it found it hard to get used to it. when parking the front bonet is very low and as i am a small in hight i found it hard to see the front of the car. i would recomend it as a family car. the boot has perfect space... It was purchased in Derby, about 30 miles from my home, in February 2009 at a price of £2500, and a mileage of about 18 or 19 thousand miles, I had a hundred quid knocked off for my Ford Fiesta SI 1.6 which I paid £250 for and did me just over 2 years of motoring. About me as a driver= I am mid twenties with no children yet, just me and my OH to think about, mostly city driving with the occasional long motorway jaunt. Toyota Avensis TR 2.2 D-4D ... have owned my Toyota Avensis TR 2.2 D-4D for just over one year now and have covered around 25000 miles, having purchased an ex demonstrator model on an 08 plate in Nov 08 with just over 1500 miles on the clock. I commute quite a distance to work and use my car for business trips around twice a month and so my driving is mostly motorway or fast A road/dual carriage way driving, with little heavy town driving in my normal routine. Ford Fiesta Style 1.25 ... is a great little car. It is actuallly bigger than it seems. Perfect for me as I am just one person driving around for 95% of the time. It gets good mileage and is very reliable. I am not a person that is into cars so I want something that is able to get me from A to B; and this car manages that! The built in stereo with an input jack for my MP3 player is great. The only niggle I have is as a three door car the doors are very big whichis a pain when getting out of tight parking spaces - however this is as I have the three door version (I think the same is true of all 3 door cars).
