Alfa Romeo 147 ... own an Alfa 147 TS and absolutely love it! That s not to say that I haven t had my share of problems like all other Alfa owners! The looks of this car certainly put it in a league of it s own, it s quite simply stunning! You can t beat Italian design! The great styling also exists i the interior, attention to detail is so obvious everywhere you look! The main problems I have had were with the ABS and VDC failure lights coming on. The car has been in and out of the garage more times than I have had hot dinners to try and fix it but they cannot find a fault! Other minor problems include the rear windscreen washer not working and the windscreen leaking slightly. She has ... Alfa Romeo 156 2.4 JTD ... navconnect system etc.) Took it for a ride and guess what? I am now over year and a half proud owner of one of the most appealing vehicles. It looks great, it drives smooth and I didn t have a single problem yet (32k miles). And all that for a little more than a half of price dealer was asking for mentioned BMW 320i or Honda Accord 2.0. I couldn t believe how fast and powerful can be JTDm until I tried it. I must admit that only reason why I considered test drive (I was influenced by stories about bad reliability of Italian cars) was stunning look and outstanding conditions for used car. Alfa Romeo 146 2.0 ti 5dr ... say, " You re not a true Petrolhead until you ve owned an Alfa" and nothing could be more true, I owned my 1996 146ti for 2 years after buying it used from an Alfa Specialist when it was 6 years old with 80,000 miles, and I instantly fell in love with it. It was red ( there is no other colour for an Alfa if you ask me ) and as soon as I drove it I was hooked, the sound you get from the Twinspark 4 cylinder engine is like no other, if you ask me no-one outside of your Ferrari s etc make a better sounding engine than Alfa, I bought my car in the summer and didn t have the radio on for the first two weeks, I just had the window down and would listen to the s...
