aasimontheweb Aston Martin V8: ... drive sensation on the Aston Martin V8 Coupe is phenomenal, I came across mines when I has a free experience coupon enabling me to choose a supercar and test it. At first I was skeptical as the V8 isn t much for looks, and the grill at the front looks identical to a rover grill. However I was suprised almost shocked at the handling of the spower steering V8 Coupe, the throttle response is quick and decisive and....

kenjohn Aston Martin DB5
... the UK during the 1960 s the Aston Martin DB5 was the absolute aristocrat of sports cars. It was as exclusive as a Bond Street or Savile Row suit, and the price reflected this exclusivity. For the same price as a DB5 you could buy yourself a mansion in the Surrey stockbroker belt, and its main rival, Jaguar s E-Type, was about half the price. The Aston Martin DB5 was the fifth Aston built during David Brown s stewardship of the company. (Hence the DB initials) It wasn t a totally new car however but developed from the old and sometimes troublesome Aston Martin 3.7-liter DB4 that had been around since 1958. Aston fitted a larger four-liter version of their original tw...

... first things first. Yes, this most certainly is an exclusive Aston Martin, but prices for a decent 55 plate V8 Vantage have now fallen under £40,000, with roadster prices not far behind. The V8 Vantage is starting to look like an extremely tempting proposition.... Let s start with the looks, as, to be honest, they re the heart of any Aston s appeal. The vantage looks slightly more childlike when compared to the serious-faced DB9 and DBS, but even so this is a stunning car. Easily one of the most beautiful cars on the road today. Coupled with the looks, you ll be glad to hear, is an absolutely awesome soundtrack. This lazy big-block American V8, but with a E...

Dai+Watkins Aston Martin Vantage
... more power than a nuclear power station and the opulence of an english statly home, the Aston Martin Vantage is probably the best British production car to date.In V600 format its the fastest 4-seater in the world. It weighs about twice as much as golf GTi so you'd expect it to have twice as much power, well, you'd be wrong as it has four times as much. Yes, thanks to it's twin supercharged, 6 litre V8 the Vantage churns out a stupid 600bhp @5200rpm and 600lbft of torque at similar revs. This, mated to a 6-speed corvette gearbox can produce brain squeezing statistics. 0-60mph is 3.9 sec and 0-100mph in 6.7sec, and topping out at 200+mph. But power was no...
