sianie2000 Citroën C3: ... over two months ago my peugeot 206 GTi decided to die and I realised it was time for a new car. I recently had a baby and my 3 door 206 was also becoming a nightmare with its lack of space. With very little time I rushed my purchase of a 55 plate Citroen C3 VTR. I have totally fallen in love with this car. I purchased it for £5,000 and really feel I had a bargin. The car has a lovely driving position and is...

Anon Citroën Xantia 1.9 TD SX
... had a 13 year old Ford Escort, which I d owned for 2 years before someone stole it. I was thinking of getting rid of the car anyway, as it was starting to play up. However as a result of the theft, I needed to get another car sooner than expected. A friend of a friend was selling their Xantia - a 1998 1.9 TD estate with 138,000 miles on the clock. I ve always steered clear of Citroen s before, mainly due to the thought of spending lots of money when they go wrong, but as I only paid £250 for the car, I figure that if anything goes seriously wrong with it I can simply drive it to the nearest breakers and get a few quid for it! I ve only had the car for a couple of weeks...

... am a girl. I don t know about cars. I could give you the technical information, but I wouldn t understand it, so I ll write about the things that matter to me- what it looks like, how easy it is to park and how much shopping fits in the boot! First things first. I needed a small, economical car to drive to work. After researching what was around, my husband took me to test drive a C1. There were some good deals available and it seemed like a good investment to fork out for a brand new one becasue of the savings we would reap later on (more about that in a minute). I loved the look of the car. Bright, compact and fun. Inside there was no glove box as such, but plenty of...

... recently purchased this car to replace an old Hyundai Accent. To be blunt, I was just looking for a big car to take all my stuff to University in, and this definitely does that. It is not without problem however. In the first 9 months of use, I have had to be recovered 3 times. One time the fuel pump came undone, dumping all my Diesel on the M11 and leaving me stranded in the outside lane (apologies if you were behind me!). I have also had numerous problems with the electricals meaning the engine wouldn t even start let alone go anywhere. The interior is very nice and comfortable however, making long journeys seem like a trip down the road. The air conditioning in thi...
