sbwel Citroën AX: ... have the Dimention 1ltr (954cc) It s my first car, so it s Ok for me. The first thing I noticed about this car is that it only had 4 gears, but no Rev counter, so it does get upto speed but makes a bit of noise, altho I can t see how fast the engine is actaully going. Getting in the front seat has plenty of leg room, but almost none in the back, so you have to compromise between front and back seat leg room. The...

... have been driving my C4 1.6 HDi "Cool" for just over a year with no real problems and I have enjoyed owning it. I have to say the Citroen dealer was rubbish. The car was supplied with the wrong numberplate fitted which I had to go back and get replaced, and the remote key was broken on delivery which meant that I spent the 1st month running round to the passenger side to let myself in. I would have been in trouble if the car was a lemon but it has behaved perfectly. The 1.4 diesel has plenty of grunt which like most diesels comes low in the rev range. It gets a bit breathless above about 5 thousand revs but by then you have easily overtaken anything you n...

verso Citroën C3
... ve had my Citroen for just over 3 years, bought it used from a Citroen dealer, with 20,000 on the clock. For 2 years, it s been great - it s roomy, massive boot compared to its size. However, now I ve got the dreaded Engine Management Light problems. It happens once the engine has heated up a little. The light comes on, the car jolts, and then the batter lightcomes on and we have NO power. It can happen at any time, although seems to occur when you acceclerate out of a junction or at a rounddabout. I daren t got on the moterway at all now. i ve got 2 yound children and the thought of having no power in the middle of a dual carrirageway terrifies me. It s due to go into ...

Crytek Citroën Saxo 1.1i Forte 3-door
... was my first car, and I have recently sold it for something newer. I picked it up 7 years old in brilliant condition, from the outside it looked like it had just rolled out of the factory. There was one thing about it though: it was bright orange. It didn t bother me though, I put twin black racing stripes down it and loved every second of it, it was a brilliant little car, ideal for a new driver. The engine, although old and reletively tiny, wasn t bad at all. You could rev it high and be rough with the clutch as much as you wanted, but I never had a problem (mechanically) with it for the two years I owned it. Despite this apparant toughness, it also felt slightl...
