Ford Escort in general ... worst Car i have ever had, that might sound a bit over the top but to be honest i bought a Escort Encore from Brand new, from coming out of the showroom and for the 18 months of pure trouble with this Car. Dont get me wrong Ford responded to all my complaints and they took the car back on numerous occasions, but you do not spend your hard earned money on a car that you have to return every 2 weeks. The last straw was a problem with the acceleration, going over the snake pass towards Sheffield, i was worried a milk float might over take me the acceleration was so poor. Ford Sierra/Sapphire ... have a Sierra Saphire 1.8 LX - she will be 20 years old next year. My dad had this car for 12 years and we did try to sell it as it is in absolute pristine condition, for a mere £500 but you know what ebay and such are like - everyone wants something for nothing and was telling us they could get one for £175 - well it must be a roller skate or buggered for that price. We even contacted the Sierra Owners club to see if an enthusiast wanted to buy it but we got no response at all . Ford Focus 1.6 Zetec 3dr ... this car today for the first time, I must say that it is a very good car. This car has a few extras some which are good and some that you could do without but I will explain that in more detail later on in the review. This car is very popular so the style must be good, as a lot of people have decided to buy this car. This cars handling is very good and drivers smoothly at slow speeds and really sticks to the road well at fast speeds. The power steering makes the car very easy to drive and parking can easily be done with one hand. I found this very good. This comes in a cheap insurance group for the1.6 engine.
