Hyundai Coupé 1.6i 3dr: ... Coupe 1.6 S (Silver, non Leather) The Hyundai Coupe 1.6i S model released in Europe last year in January, from there to the UK it has only been on our shores from September. There have been merely unnoticeable differences in the models, which starts from the change from Left-hand-drive to right, and the interior which has been redesigned for the UK market, plus some removals of some flashier items that inc...

Caradawn Hyundai Coupé in general
... having just one to many a problem with our rather clapped out Peugeot 205 we decided that now was the time to buy that new car we'd been saving up for. When it comes to cars, my partner Shaun and I don't always agree. Although the car would mainly be for his use and the end decision was ultimately his, he wanted my approval before he bought. So when we came across a 1995 Hyundai S Coupe Turbo and both agreed we liked it, we knew we had to get it even though at £3,395 it was a little more than the £3,000 we had saved. It was a decision we have not regretted (not so far anyway!). I'd like to point out that not all models are convertable like in the pict...

xantia Hyundai Amica GSi 5dr
... bought a new Amica GSi Auto in May this year, as we took advantage of the generous £1500 discount that was on offer at the time, and thought it represented excellent value for money. We had purchased an S Reg Atoz about 6 weeks before as a city run around, and quite liked it, but the deals on offer by Hyundai for a New Amica tempted us back. I guess the old phrase that 'you get what you pay for' is as true now as it ever was, but I am not in the least bit disappointed by the Amica. It is 'cheap and cheerful' and as a result deserves to be ordered in a 'silly' colour. We chose Dafodil Yellow, as it it bright, fun, and totally in keeping with t...

meason Hyundai Accent 1.3 Si 3dr
... these gearboxes. Also rattly, parts very expensive. (New brake discs and pads = over £500), and flimsy body panelling prone to dents and knocks. Also had suspicions about the electrics. One day everything seemed fine, the next, interior light wouldn't work, the it cured itself! Bizarre. Cheap and cheerful I guess. You get what you pay for. Nice to drive, but no longevity in these cars. And Hyundai service is pretty poor too. They ordered the wrong engine mount three times!! For the record, the car was a 1996 (N reg), 1.3 Si. If you buy an Accent, budget to replace in three to four years, and if your lucky you might avoid the problems. ...
