Mclaren F1:
... extremely heavy), the car was designed to be a road car only. It was only after production had been underway for a few years that a racing version was produced. This is an important point and is what distances this car from others. It is true that the F1 is not the easiest of cars to get into if you are driving. However I would like to point out that sitting in a £6000 seat that is custom made for you (and is by... Read the full review: Just to set a few things straight. by Frik7 |

Mclaren F1 ... up Not far from Thaxted if you know the area. She said he was an idiot for doing that manouvre. He was. Obviously he was not so luch although I di not put 2 and 2 together until later. About 5 miles down the road, I saw something on fire against a tree and a hedge. Cars had stopped. I Thought it was just a fire of some sort. It was not until I got home that I found out there had been a crash causing tailbacks on the road and later found out it was an F1. Either it was a coincidence to have 2 cars there at the same time of that poor poser had written his car off. Unluckily he died as did the occupants. More fortunate was Rowan Atkinson. If the money was available I would buy the car without a second thought because it not only comes with an un... Read the full review: Take a spare pair of pants by mahan_69 |

Mclaren F1 ... at speeds of up to 232 miles per hour, this beast is somewhat special. Released in 1995, the aim of this car was to produce the ultimate drivers' car, whilst retaining a degree of practicality that would allow daily use. So, with this in mind, MacLaren set about producing an all carbon vehicle with advanced 'ground effects' aerodynamics, and a monstrous 6.1 Litre, 48 valve V12 engine, producing 635 Bhp at 7500 rpm, and housed it in a gold lined engine bay. Then the provided buyers with a custom fitted interior, hand made Italian leather luggage, full air conditioning, and a Kenwood CD system. There is however one small problem - the price. At £632,000 + ... Read the full review: A-B at light speed by TheDF |
