	Peugeot 107 5-door ... a missing rear screen wash and broken door mirror (I only noticed after I had loaded all my bags into it at the airport). My protests produced a blank response, apparently no cars available although I could see brand new Notes in perfect condition parked next to "mine". Then came the offer of a high mileage Nissan Micra (tempting!) but by this time my eye had been taken by a flock of Peugeot 107s in exciting shades of red, black, blue and yellow. 	Peugeot 306 L 1.9 Diesel 5-dr ... I m not sure what the L stands for, but I have an N reg Peugeot 306 (cabriolet) 1.9 XND. And it s great. Well ok, not "great" per se, but it runs, is pretty cheap, and is quite reliable. I brought this little stunner oer 2 years ago for £150, and tomorrow the mileometer will turn over to 160,000 miles. For £10 of diesel, I can generally get 110-120 miles out of the beast. It s not bad to insure, I think fully comp this year is costing me about £450 from direct line. It s passed its MOTs pretty easily, only needing the brake cable tightening, new brake pads, and a new windscreen wiper motor over the last two years. The body is galvanised, so the bit scra... 	Peugeot 106 GTi ... do I start on a review of the Peugeot (Pug) 106 GTI? This is a car that I have loved since I first saw one 7 years ago, but I will try not to omit the bad points from my review. I have owned my little beastie for four months now and it is the second one (and third 106) that I have owned. I wasn t really looking at replacing my Rover Mini but a friend of mine was looking through Autotrader for a new car and I spotted a little black 106 GTI looking for a new home.
