	Peugeot 306 Estate in general ... have owned and driven a 306 HDI Estate for 4 years now and I have never been anything other than impressed. The car itself still looks good despite being 10 years old and it drives and handles well. The estate is so useful for carrying all osrts of things around including sports gear and beekeeping equipment. Interior wise the car is nothing special but at the smae point everything is still working so I have no complaints. The HDI engine is immense, powerful when it needs to be and yet still delivering me a consistent 55 miles to the gallon. 	Peugeot 206 LX 1.1 3dr ... passing my test, I decided I need a car that would not only be cheap to insurance and buy, but would also be reliable and last for ages. Although the 206 I bought was relatively expensive, I would argue that it was one of the best cars that any first-time driver could have. It is small, so it is easy to drive around, and when reversing it is therefore easier - when you have just passed your test, you want a car that is not too big and bulky, and one that will make your driving experience easier. 	Peugeot 206 GLX 1.4 5dr ... bought my X reg 206 a year ago and it s been my favourite car of my 4 car history including a peugeot 306, a ford ka and a toyota yaris. The car is visually pleasing and much more contempory and modern looking today than other cars of it s age. The 306 looks like a tin can in comparison. It has smooth lines and is a rounder shape than other box type peugeots and the shape didn t change until 2006. The 1.4 GLX is suprisingly snappy and although I don t know too much about cars, from experience it is much quicker excelerating than my other 1.4 cars which was the ford ka and the peugeot 306.
