Peugeot 205: ... have an 1988 5dr 1.4L 205 SR and love it! It s the first car anyone in my immediate family has owned as my father and brother don t drive. 	Peugeot 206cc ... bought my 206CC 1.6 brand new in March, and it was love at first sight. However, I have had some problems... 1 - brakes squeeled from the off. 2 - Driving position - impossible to find a comfortable one, however have got used to it!!! 3 - With roof down the car is not so nice to drive, although it is great fun!!! The wobble on the car with the roof down is like going over rumble strips on some roads!!! Despite 2 trips to the dealer they say this is normal! 4 - Ignition barrel jammed so spent a day in the dealers. What I would say about this is that I got a 207 as a courtesy car and it was a joy getting back in my 206CC afterwards..... This sounds like a very negative... 	Peugeot 106 GTi ... liked this car when i first bought it, its pretty quick and cheaper to run than most quick cars. Only recently have i started having problems with it! The engine seems to die at low revs, also when i first start it up, after about 5 minutes of driving it, it seems to struggle and feels like its going to stall. If i go slow enough it will cut out. The lighter/horn fuse also blows repeatedly even though i rarely use the lighter or the horn! Im not sure if this happens in alot of peugeots as the lighter fuse kept blowing in my old diesel 106 aswell. Im not sure whether other gti s have this same engine problem. 	Peugeot 405 ... our Skoda decided to give up the ghost, we were already in the market to replace it due to all the problems it had caused us. So, this small disaster wasn t too much of a change in plans. After much looking, it came down to a choice between two second-hand cars and when one owner decided not to accept our offer, we ended up with a 1995 Peugeot 405 GLX. Some boss-man who traveled abroad frequently had apparently owned this little baby. In other words – it had low mileage (or kilometerage, as the case may be) but was a bit neglected.
