TVR Chimaera:
... are a Team based Centrally!! My advice - is if you can afford it get it...its cheaper than a Ferrari, sound better than a Porsche and is just as fast. Keith Ok round 2.... Some more detail you want, some more detail you shall get. When you first sit inside a TVR Chimaera, the first thing you notice is the sexy dash. The second is the seat belt requiring the equivalent of a sexual position to get the damn t... Read the full review: 5 litres of Heaven by keithede |

During the month my opinion developed as being extremely scared and worried of the beast to a high respect for all involved in the design and build of the Tuscan and the car itself. The direct steering (1 1/2 turns from lock to lock) made my Saab seem to go round corners lik... Read the full review: Sex on Wheels! by goonette |

TVR Speed 12 ... run. Several supercars - Lambos, Astons, Ferraris and such like had just appeared in a cloud of dust one by one at the end of their timed session. Each of the drivers looked cool (in their shades), tanned and like they were enjoying themselves. Then a sound more incredible than the Phantom Jets that had earlier been racing not that far overhead burst through the trees in front of me. The TVR which appeared to be much lower and flatter than all the publicity shots I had seen appeared. The (unknown to me) driver appeared after contorting himself out of the rollover cage and removed his crash helmet to a cheer from the assembled crowd. It wasn’t Jim Care... TVR Chimaera ... There are lots nad lots and lots to buy out there and the prices slumped to a low back in November 2000 but are picking up again because of the summer. This means you have a lot of choice and should not jump at the first thing you see that is in your price range. 2. Engine size. basically there is a 4.0, 4.5 and 5.0 litre version. The 4.0 can hardly be viewed as underpowered as it has the TVR modified V8 lump that used to reside in range rovers. It's fast and is tuned for low down torque, the 4.0 litre is a great choice especially if this is going to be your first performance car. The 4.5 litre does add quickness but you need to be a bit more careful in the w... Read the full review: Thinking of buying a used Chimaera? read on. by slapster |
