The Audi TT Roadster is a truly special car. My once dreaded journey into work has become a pleasure since I get to drive my baby one more time. The overall look of the car is amazing enough with the roof up but after having twisted the handle inside and waited the 15 seconds for the roof to retract one can really appreciate how gorgeous this car really is. Audi had a reputation for making run-of-the-mill, maybe even bland cars but this has surely been destroyed with the release some 3 years ago of the TT. You get all the expected Audi traits (solid build, quality materials etc.) but with those come head turning good looks (it still makes me laugh when people point, rubber neck or simply stare at it as I drive by), excellent performance and a desirability second to none, however nothing is perfect and this car is no exception. Electric seats would have been nice and it is not uncommon for the passenger seat to rattle. Also, replacement parts are very expensive, as are service costs but I can forgive these mild imperfections though as the car has too many ticks in the plus column to really worry. If you have the money and are in the market for a car like this I strongly suggest buying one. It wouldn't be long before you are addicted to it and the attention it draws.
