The BMW Z8 is my Dream car! It featured in the recent Bond movie, and has to be the most desirable german motorcar ever made! The car is incredible expensive for what it is, coming in at just under £80,000, but if you want a load of extras then you're going to have to pay a lot more! It's got two excellent leather seats, and a fairly compact boot, so don't expect this to be a family car! It's devilishly quick and sprints to 62mph in under 5.5 seconds, but the top speed shouldn't really be of interest to you seeing as the national limit is 70mph. The BMW Z8 is a brilliant sports car for the price........£80,000! Well, then again maybe not! The Z8 started out as a concept car in 1997. It is based on the BMW 508, the elegant 50's sports car. The Z8 is very similar to its 50's predessesor yet it is engineered for the new Millenium. The Z8 is also similar to the 2000 Porsche 911. The car is a classic roadster shape. From the moment you step into the car, and gaze at the long bonnet, you know that you are in a quality sports car. I could not believe this car when I looked at it, stunning! Then I got behind the wheel, even better. This can not be called a car, this has to be called a beast of an engine. 0-60 in about 3 seconds (when I'm driving anyway). It handles corners brilliantly and it turns heads when i'm driving. to buy this car... But there will be only 20,000 tsd built. It will be released at the end of this or the beginning of next year. I worked at the IAA (car fair) 1999. But I couldn't drive this wonderful Z8. A colleague of mine wanted to be the first guy having sex in it, but there was not girl who wanted him.... :-) If you have the opportunity to drive it - please tell me about it. ...
