... owned a BMW 330Diesel Sport with a steptronic gear box. At first owning the car was fantastic, it felt luxurious and had a lot of power to be able to overtake when needed. However running the car was another thing. It is heavey on diesel and the servicing charges are not cheap. You also need to change the brake fluid every 2 years which we were not told which was again expensive. The car has only done 80,000 miles and started missing and something was not right with the gears. After taking it into BMW they said one fuel injector had gone (costing £607 to fix). Bobby+Rampal BMW 520i SE Touring
... always wanted to buy a 5 series BMW. I bought this car at last it s a 520i SE 1999. I am stil trying to get to know this car. I already own a BMW 325ci so the difference of speed betwen the two is high. There nothing about this car I can fault at this stage, it drives smooth and handles verywell on the motorway which was very important for me before I bought this car. It take £70 fuel and gives you 450 miles which is not bad considering the body weight and the engine size. A very beautiful car to own and drive....
