BMW 5-series (pre-1988) ... different. No human being on this planet working with computers can get through their life without yelling at them. It's part of standard computer-using procedure. Right up there with learning the hard way what "cannot find document" REALLY means. The Green Mamba is an exception though as this car really did have personality. The Green Mamba in my life was a bright apple green BMW 518, I think it's year was 1974, but I can't remember now. My dad had been doing work at a BMW showroom. BMW 318ti ... i have only had the car a very short amount of time i have been extremely impressed by almost every aspect of it. For a car of its age 1995 M-reg it hasn't got the slightest bit of rust on it which i find unsurprising really as it is a BMW after all. The paintwork looks like it has just come off the production line with minimal number of stonechips on it. The cars engine is a 1.8 16 valve beast which is chain timed and does 0-50 in 6.6 seconds according to the official statistics and i can quite believe it and on to 60 mph ind 3.3 seconds later.The car has a top end speed of 130 mph but i have only taken mine up to 100 mph as i see a BMW more about imag... BMW M3 ... am lucky enough to own a gorgeous 2003 M3 convertible. I was considering for a long time just the regular 330, not being sure the M3 was worth the extra 15k or so or the wait period ( that's right, if you want one you either have to wait 3 months or pay trough the nose for a fully equipped unit at the dealer if they happen to have one). Well I decided for the most expensive and I have not being dissapointed. This car is trully a dream!. Mine is fully loaded with SMG transmission, huge 19 inch wheels, Harman kardon stereo sound, Heated seats, Xenon lamps and every bit of equipment they could cramp into a compact sports car.
