Advantages: Will get you from A to B

Disadvantages: Doesn't feel new

I hired this car for 1 day a few weeks ago. It was only 2 years old so I expected a 'new car feel' with some modern features - but I was left disappointed. The dashboard seemed more like 7 or 8 years old and there was nothing in the car that gave me the 'wow' factor.

As for the performance, well i'm not sure if it was a 1 or 1.2 litre but either way if felt less. There was no real oomph (it wasn't very nippy when accelerating away) and felt no better than my 10 year old Daewoo!

I've seen this car for sale at around £5,000 which, in my opinion, is just not worth it. From a new car you expect automatic controls, an upgrade to your existing model and a bit of life in the throttle, but this car just didn't give me any of those feelings.

Overall quite a disappointing drive performance wise, although there were no performance issues of any kind (in terms of breakdown concerns etc).

Summary: Better value can surely be found elsewhere
