I love my Voyager. I have a 2002 Voyager LX with the 2.4ltr Petrol engine. It has clocked over 150,000 and still runs perfectly. I looked at all the 7 seat vehicles available when I bought this and this was top of the class in virtually every area.
It is fully loaded with extras, most of which came as standard, Multi CD player, heated seats, aircon, lots of cup holders and storage.
For me one of the main selling points were the sliding doors. When you are driving a large vehicle like this, the sliding doors really make getting and out easy in car parks.
The size of the vehicle is ideal. Having small children we can just throw everything we need in the back and not have to worry about it all fitting. Pushchairs, bikes, highchairs. It is also a big solid vehicle and the driving position places you above most saloon cars making it much safer to drive.
I have driven this all around Europe and the UK and never had a problem.
It is a bit thirsty but driven sensibly it averages 35mpg. (it has a little computer that works this out for you as well.)
