I have my own mobile fruit and veg business and hence I need to use a van. I used to have a Citroen C25 but as this got 10 years old I wanted to exchange it for a new van before I started getting some expensive repair bills. I had had 9 years faultless serice from my Citroen C25 so I was slanted in the Citroen direction because of the years of brilliant service I had got from this. Also I expected to be offered a better part exchange deal from a Citroen dealer as it was a Citroen van I was taking in. Citroen Berlingo. Innovative design, unbelievably spacious, great load capacity, easy to drive, with marvellous air conditioning. What a smashing little big car, taken from the successful van design this vehicle gives you 35 to 45 miles to the gallon fuel consumption depending on urban or motorway driving. You get an excellent driving position with good all round vision, easy to park thanks to power steering (I would be lost with out it nowadays). I was concerned with the potential for noise with the cavernous interior but have to say I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the sound proofing is brilliant, and there is no noticeable van harmonics that plague ...
