Advantages: Deceptively spacious

Disadvantages: Would like a little bit more speed

Just over two months ago my peugeot 206 GTi decided to die and I realised it was time for a new car. I recently had a baby and my 3 door 206 was also becoming a nightmare with its lack of space. With very little time I rushed my purchase of a 55 plate Citroen C3 VTR. I have totally fallen in love with this car. I purchased it for £5,000 and really feel I had a bargin. The car has a lovely driving position and is very light to steer. The high roof is great for getting my little boy in and out of his car seat without having to bend my back into awkward positions. Amazingly I can actually fit two pushchairs into the boot, considering I couldn't fit one into my 206 (it had to go on the back seat) this is amazing as I wouldn't class the C3 as a particuarly larger car, however it feels much more spacious. As a 1.6 it's fairly nippy and has a been a good way for me to make the gradual move from my GTi to a more family friendly car. I can see why this car wouldn't be for everyone, but for me at this stage of my life it ticks all the boxes.

Summary: Reliable and easy to drive
