Advantages: Amazing drive!

Well i purchased my C4 Coupe Loeb Ltd Edition brand new in 2007 - it was an impulse buy having gone in to exchange my Focus C-max for a smaller more sensible and economic model! Ok so some things dont go according to plan!

Thomas and Davies, our local Citroen dealer had this model (last black one in the UK that year) in the middle of the showroom, and i think i was shoked into an early mid life crisis and fell in love with it immediatly! Until then i had always owned sensible cars - even as a 21 year old my ideal car was a Ford Galaxy!

I drove it away a coupld of weeks later with my new personal number plates and felt amazing! The car looked great in theblack and with the chunky spoiler, extra big 17 ince alloys, limited edition silver trim outside, vvery high spec chrome trim inside, special black and red sports seating - was a beast of a car to look at!

Ther spec inside was amazing really - it had pretty much everything but for a brand new price of only £13200! Dual zone digital air con, MP3 CD player, luxury seating, low profile tyres, leather trim everywhere - the list went on! It had a way of making yo feel very special when in it!

My wife who is not a car person in the slightest loved it almost as much as me - she often commetned on its comfort and safe feeling as a passenger, and even 22 months later when i let her drive it following some surgery, she said it was just as nice to drive too!

My experices of the drive was wonderful. I have owned 17 different cars in my 16 years of driving, and every one had something or lots of things i did not like, and even my favorite ones bored me after 6 months! This car i owned for 2 years and never once had issue with anything - i only changed it as we are expecting a baby and needed a bigger car with 5 doors again! In fact i almost shed tears when i took it in to exchange, it was like a member of the family!

The steering and handling was second to none with the slightly larger wheels. We live in the Welsh valleys with lots of long and winding roads, and this car stuck like glue and felt 110% safe all of the time, its was a thing of beauty to drive! The gears were smooth and in the perfect position, the wheels glided around corners, the seats felt great, the sound system was excellent - it really was the best car iver ever driven and i still miss it daily!

I would very very highly recommend people looking for a mid size car at least take the time to test drive one- they are lovely, and the high end models have a great spec for an extremely competative price! I have a friend who paid a good few thousand more for a Focus ST? and he said mine was better spec'ed!

Dont ignore thie lovely car!
