This is my second C4 coupeand I highly recomend it. I drive over 25,000 miles a year so comfort and special gadgets are important to me. Unfortunately my company doesnt supply company cars but pay mileage so I need a car that is great value for money. Advice I received from the garage in Anglesey that peugeot and citroen are the same however you ... Read the complete review

I owned a Citroen C4 for a couple of years. Mine was a 56 plate, 1.6HDI VTR +. It had the comfort pack which included arm rests, child view mirror, climate control, and more. I have to say that it was the most practical car I have ever owned. It had more than enough storage space. With two dash top storage boxes and a normal glove box in the ... Read the complete review

Well i purchased my C4 Coupe Loeb Ltd Edition brand new in 2007 - it was an impulse buy having gone in to exchange my Focus C-max for a smaller more sensible and economic model! Ok so some things dont go according to plan! Thomas and Davies, our local Citroen dealer had this model (last black one in the UK that year) in the middle of ... Read the complete review

I have owned my 7 seater Citroen C4 1.6 HDI for almost a year now and I have to say it is the best car I have ever owned. Why? Well I get an average of about 45 miles per galon, so its pretty easy on the fuel. It also has cruise control, which is brilliant for those long distance motorway journeys, and the built in digital dispay is pretty cool ... Read the complete review

I have been driving my C4 1.6 HDi "Cool" for just over a year with no real problems and I have enjoyed owning it. I have to say the Citroen dealer was rubbish. The car was supplied with the wrong numberplate fitted which I had to go back and get replaced, and the remote key was broken on delivery which meant that I spent the 1st month ... When looking for a car recently I wanted everything and thought I would have to compromise. To my surprise I didn't and I am now the proud owner of this car. Leaving facts and figures aside it's a great looking car, affordable, sporty and packs a turbo diesel punch! It had to be less than £10,000 No more than 3 or 4 years ... Read the complete review

I've just begun driving this car so this review is based on first impressions - not so useful it could be argued, but I beg to differ, as first impressions tend to notice those little niggles that we later come to (grudgingly!) accept...and likewise the nifty features that we later come to take for granted. First things first: the car ... Read the complete review

i bought a c4 vtr+ march 2005...... the car has been in the garage over 100 times for various faults inc faulty abs braking, faulty airbags, lack of brakes,no speedo.... i was in the process of writing s leeter to the garage where i bought it to reject it under the sale of goods act because on independent checks it was deemed that it was not unreliable and shouldnt of been sold like it.... but before i could finished the letter i was involved in car accident and the car just crumpled under a low impact crash and was written off..£7000 worth of damage from a 30 mph crash and only involved the drivers side wing.... i would not reccommmend this car to anyone who wants safety and reliability out of a car.

Thanks to all for mixed reviews on the C4. I'm due to take posession of a new C4 1.6 SX Auto, 4 weeks tomorrow. I drive a Zafira at the moment and can't wait to get rid of it. The local Citroen dealership is brilliant here so hopefully I'll not get experiences like the one's I've read. I had a new Saxo from there a few ... Read the complete review

6 weeks ago, I purchased a new Citroen C4 SX Automatic Diesel. Too date I have been very satisfied with the performance of the car,and it is packed with lots of features. However, the car has been back 3 times now to two different Citroen dealers wherby the car keeps on pulling to the left. The dealers keep on saying that it's down to the ... Read the complete review

Bought a C4 1.6 VTS 5 months ago, after owning a Xsara 1.6 and a C4 1.6 Pack. The older the model, the better the quality ! The VTS has the following problems : a) Tyre pressure monitoring system faulty-still to be fixed, since the dealer/service awaits quidelines from France (widespread problem), b) the ring connecting parts of the excaust pipe ... We had a citroen C4 deliviered from uk car discount, a uk car broker. The C4 seems excellent to me. It is quiet at high speed and around town. The 1.6 petrol engine is willing and refined. The ride is fantastic - typical citroen - as it is supple and the car handles well. The boot is large, and the interior space is ample. I love the speedo up in ... Read the complete review

My Citroen 1.6 C4 coupé has done 1000 miles..and nothing has gone wrong! I barely notice the difference in power between my Passat turbo sport and my C4 and it handles like a dream. It's nimble in town and cruises effortlessly on the motorway. The digital displays are great and I much prefer them to the old style clocks. ... Read the complete review

We bought a C4 last year and although there were some "settling in" problems we were pleased with the car. It was our third Citroen from the same dealer. However, after a few months the drivers door unexpectedly opened. Since then, it has happened another 3 times, one of which was the rear near side where my 3 year old sits. Our ... ----------- FIRSTLY, A WORD OF WARNING ----------- I've had two C4s of the same spec now. Let's get this bit over with at the beginning. The first one was a late-reg 54 plate purchased new at the back end of February 2005. It was a lemon. A disaster zone on four wheels. To put it simply, it had a recurring fault which neither the ... Well, its four years are up, and the honeymoon's over. My trusty Toyota Yaris T-Sport, which I've had from new in March 2002 hasn't skipped a beat, but the so-called 4 year/40,000 miles service, done at 30,000 miles in my case cost me an arm and a leg. I knew it was going to be dearer than all the previous £200-ish jobs, over £500 I ... Read the complete review

So, you've all seen the Citroen advert haven't you? Car turns into all singing, all dancing robot thingy. Well, that car's a Citroen C4 (model shown is the 2.0 Exclusive). The birth of my son finally persuaded me to part with my much loved 3 door Focus ST170. I needed a new family friendly car with 5 doors, but what to go for? So I ... Read the complete review
