We bought a xantia 1.9td last year - very worried about the actual expense of the upkeep of the car! Went for the test drive and boy was this car comfy or what! As soon as you got in the car it felt luxurious and safe. The car itself is nice to look and even better to drive - it handles well and with it being a diesel it is slightly heavier than most cars but worth it..very nice on the motorway i have been doing about 95-100mph and not had a problem at all.
