Advantages: Space, Comfort, Style

Disadvantages: No Cigarette Lighter for plugging accessories into, No CD system, No rear windscreen wiper

Due to old Nissan Blue Bird recently blowing up the engine a new car was needed and quickly. (Quickly because we were due to drive down to Cornwall in 4 days time).
We spent an entire day searching car for courts and stumbled across the second hand Daewoo Nubira 2.0 CDX Saloon.
1st thoughts were that for a four-year-old car with only 40000 miles on the clock the car had been tampered with but the service history checked out and we quickly found that the car was too good to leave.
While driving the car the corners are not noticeable for the passengers, The gear box is extremely smooth, The seats are extremely comfortable and most handy of all is the air conditioning. We have never had a car with air conditioning but since buying the Nubira we've certainly made up for it. The first day we had the car the temperature was 30 degrees Centigrade but the air conditioning kept the car a pleasant cool temperature inside.

There are a few things however that are annoying / bad about the car.
1 - Can't find a Cigarette lighter. Although we're not smokers the cigarette lighters used constantly by the in car phone charger or CD player adapter.
2 - No CD radio :(
3 - Seats in the back of the car are so high that its hard to sleep.
4 - No rear windscreen wiper. This proved a rather big problem when it rained because visibility became very limited.

However though:
1 - The car has a huge boot!
2 - It's economical - 400+ miles to the tank.
3 - Air conditioning (A must for anyone who hasn't got a car with AC)
4 - Good sound system.
5 - Feels safe to drive and is comfortable.

I definitely recommend this car and if you can find it as cheep as us you've definitely found a deal.
