OK, so Daihatsu wasn't the first choice for a car to replace my Wife's Fiat Punto (which was crap). But the Punto had to go so ... we found this slightly odd looking car sitting on the forecourt of a (non-Daihatsu) dealer with a couple of thousand miles on the clock. It did well on the test drive and we cut a deal.

Since then my Wife has used it constantly - and loves it!.

The Grand Move + is fully loaded with air con, power steeering, alloys, plenty of easily accessible load space, good stereo, good interior design etc.

The engine is willing (certainly never going to burn rubber), and quite easy on the unleaded.

It also has a certain cachet and rarity value - no-one quite knows what it is (particularly as I have taken the makers name off the rear).

All in all - it's been a revelation
