Advantages: good easy mechanics

Disadvantages: silly things can be head scratching

ive had two puntos now both had head gasket isues and both had indicator issues(wldnt work until i slammed the stork) my first was a standard 1.0 and i now own a 1998 1.2 i6v sport just had head gasket done! i feel these cars are very easy maintaince and is a joy to work on like any car its personal and does need tlc so if your not into fixing your own car dont buy one(although they are cheap to fix!)i find these cars very economical and fun to drive the coil packs tend to go on them and the leads and copper cores reduce the spark so basic maintenence is highly recomended and as for the heads cant say why they go like they do as they vairy with use!but at the end of the day its like anything keep on top of it and it will look after you!
