Advantages: depreciation from new for second hand buyer

Disadvantages: depreciation from new and on-ward.

STILO

Decent car. Proved very reliable. Good fuel consuption 1.2. Nice interior, but lacks good space, for carrying mountain bike etc.

FAULTS- yes you do get warning lights for faults that dont exist, but they go out if the problem is only dampness in the electrics, but will stay on, as they should, if there is actually a fault.

Suspension faults had been noted for irratic wearing of tyres. E.G. the front right tyre on my car had to be replaced due to this, but as yet, has not returned.

Comfortable front seats, i drove an astra mark four and the seats kill your back after a short journey.

rear? wheel bearing now starting to squeal, probably the shocking state of the roads.
Reasonable result in the N-Cap-crash tests.
The Stilo has been serviced properly. How many badly reviewed cars, of all makes, are badly driven and not serviced properly or at all?

Summary: decent car at decent costs?
