I am a 41 year old mum of two and I drive a red XR3i and is it fun, fun, FUN! This is the first one I've had and now I can't imagine driving anything else.

Yes, yes I know I'm not the usual baseball capped youth you would expect to be at the wheel of this little belter, but I wouln't change this car for the world.

It's not young by any means, but it is in excellent condition, is a real eye turner, it growls and roars and goes like you know what off a shovel! The amusing thing about driving this car is the way other drivers want to 'take you on'. Male drivers that is. For some unknown reason as soon as I get behind the wheel I find everyone wants to race. You ought to see some of their faces when they see a 'girl' at the wheel. Must be something to do with testosterone?

Anyway. My car has coordinating red leather internal trim and low profiles, alloys, spotlights and skirt. It looks as pretty as a picture and mean as hell from the back.

If you haven't friven an XR3i you haven't lived. Not the meanest car around, but certainly a whole lotta fun!
