Advantages: High Revs, Shifty Motor
Disadvantages: Space, Handling
So look at what we've got here, a Ford Fiesta. Ford are known for making quality cars and as in this case, a car even Tiny Tim couldn't fit in let alone Vanessa Feltz! This is a wonderful car to drive as long as you make sure you've got powersteering as I'll explain a little later. Plenty of times I have drove this car around town giving it a good work out! So let me explain this car to you. UNDER THE BONNET: Under the flimsy bonnet lies a small but airly powerful engine. Its a 1242cc engine that revs freely, infact, the way the engine revs makes you think that they're gonna fly off and hit someone in the head, hopefully Margret Thatcher. But seriously, the revs really fly! So imagine, like me, there I was one winters morning on the freezing frosty road sat sometraffic lights. I look in my mirror to see a hurdling BT van skidding and sliding towards me with me sat at a red light in the line of fire. Off the clutch I was and staright into 2nd gear, then 3rd. I was 'kacking' myself! This massive van sliding into me at about 40mph. Luckily the car shifted and my fat arse was saved. It would of helped if I were in a Ferrari as I would of felt much safer. This car only turns up at 0-60 in 13.1secs. It seemed like 30secs to me. But as we know, a small car SHOULD shift much faster, only Ford bosses are still at school learning from teachers such as Ms. Mercedes and Mr. BMW. The top speed is definetly exceptable, so don't worry, you wont be coughing and choking in shock, its max speed is 104mph. But like most engines, your be suprised how easy they are to push which is where I refse to comment. The Zetec engine is much more shifty, no, not shifty as in dodgy but it jumps of the mark into 60 about 2secs faster which is needed as I found out! DRIVING THE CAR: So, driving the car. Ummm.... let me say that first you'd need p
owersteering which DOES come as standard with this, although some models you're asked to pay an extra £300. Without this powersteering its easy to notice that car would seriously understeer. Although, I haven't drove a model without powersteering I can't really say for 100% but I do know that the steering would be much worse. For eg: Where I live, you come out my road to a roundabout. I have done this roundabout millions of times. But whenever I drive this car round it, I'm forced to do a Sunday driver on the ones behind me, then I'm left hiding behind the wheel for the next 5 miles! The car is nice to drive, there's hardly any road noise where ever I go. The suspension is soft as I'm sure that lass who use to play Cathy in Eastenders would be glad to know after her little raunchy moments on the side of a motorway. So, its comfortable to drive but the handling of the car lets it down. SPACE and ROOM: Ummm.... so as I said, Vanessa Feltz would find it well hard to sit in this car let alone sit comfortably. Well, actually thats only if she sat in the back. In the front, passenger space and drivers space is well impressive. There's a lot of room around me when driving. I also remember to make sure that my girlfriends sat in the passenger seat to make sure I'm save from any nasty slaps! As for back space, huh um.. sorry, I don't have to mcuh to say about that. But if you have friends going away somewhere with you get them to take their car. Trust me, a long drive sat in the back of this 3dr fiesta wouldn't be nice. It's a prison snetence, trust! Boot space, well if ever you need to get rid of a body, don't use this car. It would be hard enough to fit in 5 full shoppingf bags let alone a body! LOOKS: Well. They say that the Fiesta still has its older looks although I completely disbelieve that! I think they're slightly blinded
in one eye which if your reading Elainababa, its not an affence! I'm just trying to point out that its not actually that bad and I have to say I think it suits us younger lads. If your not doing your car up cos your as poor as me at the mo, then this is the car to have. You can buy it second hand for about £3-4,000. Thats easy as well. It's not sleek, its not elegant, its...... ummm....... still thinking.....its small and stylish. But in a different way. FINAL SAY: Its cheap to run, its about 32p a mile and does about 40mpg. Its a nice car to drive, and it can be much improved especially with the handling of the car. Improvement of this would lead to a fully exciting drive. The looks are fairly good, not bad enough to be sat a whole journey hiding behind the wheel inside, but, just right, the loofs are just right! This car is definetly for the youger one's such as myself. But its actually my brothers car, but he lets me drive it when I'm low on petrol for my Seat. I didn't mention at first cos, I thought that then people would just skim it and say you need to write about a car that you own. Never happened even on my test drive ops, but still like to make sure that its been read. But is definetly cheap to run and very easy to drive! A MUST to all the young lads and girls of course buying a car for their first time. Hope its been helpful to ya, and sorry I've upset you cos of my insults to Vanessa, but I'm just telling the truth, but in favour, I have to say she's lost a lot of weight! Cheers, Chunka!

Opera is an internet browser - a program you use to view web pages. You can download it from www.opera.com/download/ and use it straight away, and it will allow you to submit ops, though do little else.
It is fairly simply to use, however if you want more info, advice or help, there is an outstanding Opera review at http://www.dooyoo.co.uk/r eview/381309.html |
