Advantages: Cheap, reliable, well manufactured

Disadvantages: not really fast! styling of older models

I have an S reg fiesta which has done just over 50,000 miles. I am yet to put it through its MOT this year, but it will be going through in august, and last year it went through without any hassle, and I do not have any massive fears for this year. They are pretty good for fuel consumption, I'm getting something like 35-40 mpg, and for an older car thats not too bad. It is pretty quick as well for a 1.25, i have friends with similar sized engines and they are totally gutless in comparison. I have the style previous to the picture for this article, which i don't think looks great, and it is in the same colour as it, the colour looks pretty tidy still, obviously with a few scratches picked up from tree branches and stuff but they dont show too much.

The interior is not too bad either, sometimes it feels a bit plasticy, but again its fairly cheap so you cant expect it to be covered in solid wood!

Overall, im really pleased with my car.

Summary: great first car, or suitable for families very versatile
