It was the summer of 2007 when a little black car found its way into the road next to my humble abode. There had been a delay with the delivery of my new acquisition (due to a third party) but there it was, my brand new Ford Fiesta. I had bought the car through the internet for the first time and it wasn't long before I was coming to ... Read the complete review

The majority of my learner driving took place in a Ford Fiesta so I became very familiar with the car. For a first time car or a low level driver, I found the Fiesta very hard to beat. It's a great little run around that drives smoothly and has a sensibly proportioned interior giving ample space for both driver and passengers. In ... Read the complete review

I had my beautiful 2002 Ford Fiesta Finesse as my first car and it really did serve me well. It lasted me 4 years then I traded her in for a Golf but I do occasionally drive my mums Fiesta so I can reminisce about how much fun she was to drive. Don't get me wrong, there is no way I would ever trade n my Golf to get the Fiesta back again ... Read the complete review

Ford Fiesta 1.4 TDCi 1.4 Ghia (2004) Background I have owned my 2004 Ford Fiesta 1.4 TDCi since it was 6 months old and have traveled at the time of writing (OCT 2007) 25000 miles though the car has done 30000 in total. The car lacks in one area, which is acceleration, however, this does not detract from a 5-star rating because if ... i bought the car in 2003, for a sum of £6000... and it was a great car, it handled pretty well and it was very responsive under the accelerator, and is the only car i didn't bother modifying. It was good milage for the petrol (around 35 per gallon), and it had those 14" 4 spokes alloys as standard with a nice thick tyre. This machine stuck ... Read the complete review

I have owned one of these for a little over 1 year now, and i have found the car a little dull yet a great little runner for my first car. The chasis is great because you take lots of sharp corners at high speed, if you can get this slow diesel up to anything classed as high speed. The Fuel econnemy is great, the way i drove it i ... Last year, with the dimise of my beloved ford flyte diesel 1600cc. (at very short notice I, may add.) I found myself stranded. My work requires that I have a reliable car. Under extreme duress I decided I had to have a decent car ! (we all reach that time at some point in our driving career.!) Well used to the Ford model, and I must admit ... Read the complete review

My very first car was a Ford Fiesta Flight 1.4. i can now owned tell you about this car and at the same time let you all in on a little secret, it is fantastic! initially i had reservations about Ford they seemed very dull and boring, no spirt about them, however after a test drive in both the new Fiesta and the Focus i decided that this ... Had this car for 18 months and I've just sold it to make way for something a bit cheaper and diesel (yuck!) powered in light of a forthcoming house move. So, what can I tell you about 18 months and 13,000 miles with this little warm hatch? Well, for starters the Zetec-S is one of the most cruelly underrated cars on the market today. ... When looking to buy a new car, I test drove five 'superminis', the Vauxhall Corsa, Nissan Micra, (new style) Ford Fiesta, Citroen Saxo and the VW Polo. Almost immediately I ruled out the Citroen Saxo (Desire model) because the foot pedals were far too close together (which occasionally led to the brake and accelerator pedal being ... I guess that the fiesta is one of the classic British small cars, and my experiences have certainly reinforced its image of reliability and practicality. My 1.3l fiesta in bright red has been a great first car, coming with two years free insurance, which meant that it was really good value. In two years driving I've had no mechanical ...
