I passed my test in 1989, and having driven an horrendous & underpowered 1.0L Metro for 6 months, I convinced my mum to part with some readies and buy a new car that both of us could drive. Well the fiesta I have recently bought is a MKIII fiesta, which was first introduced to Britain in 1989. We see loads of them around, but there’s one thing that makes mine a bit different from the rest, it is the Ghia version. What this means, is it’s got a sunroof, electric windows, ABS, a 1.4 engine and other groovy little enhancements. It was basically the top of the range fiesta you could buy back then. Mine is a G reg model, bit ... Read the complete review
