Advantages: It's going back this week

Disadvantages: Many

Hired a new Fiesta in Cyprus last year and thought it was a bit rough but put this down to the roads there. This last three weeks had a loan car, Fiesta Style, petrol with 10,000 on the clock, as wifes car written off.
Never been a fan of Fords as I can remember the day when you had one only if you couldn't afford a push bike. But they have improved over the years ?
Good points : Great radio, clear and easy to use whilst driving. Nice gear change as always. Clear and easy controls on dash. Good seating.
Bad points: Harsh engine when pushed. Noisy, couldn't hear the sat nav at 80. Rough ride on B roads, hit a pot hole and risk riveting one's bottom together. But the worst thing of all is there is no room for the left foot at the side of the clutch which means you have to lift foot up from floor to operate the clutch, bit like a mid engine 1950 truck.
Compare it to the new Micra and it's like going back two decades.
So all in all a really nasty ,not so little to manouvre, gutless car, little better than the old Lada.

Summary: Light years behind the other small cars
