I must apologise to all you fiesta owners before I write this article.
Ford have always had a reputation for developing reasonable mid-range cars for a reasonable price.
I feel that they try to spread their resources over the focus, puma, ka, cougar etc. i.e. the new range and have pulled a cheap marketing stunt in a feeble attempt to expand
the life of a sadly out dated and generally inferior car in it’s range.
They even sold it to Mazda for goodness sake !
The zetec engines and the ‘new’ range is what ford have to focus upon(excuse the pun) now and develop a replacement quick.
Why anyone would buy it over a corsa ,polo, 206 etc.,I just do not know what to say to them!
