Ford Focus 1.6 LX 5dr

I've been driving the Ford Focus 1.6 LX for the past year and I have been impressed by the vast improvements of the Escort LX which I used to drive before the Focus. What do I like about it? Its a car which gives a feeling of solidity in all its movements, icluding when you close the doors, it's easily manouverable, the seats seem to be a bit higher up than in other cars giving you a feeling of control on the road. It can also speed up considerably while still remaining easy to control. Putting on the ac does not tax the engine or seem to negatively affect its performance. What could be improved?
