Advantages: its a ford!, lots of comfort and space, insurance not to high

Disadvantages: no boot space, electrics play up when wet

Yes, I drive a Galaxy and yes I do the school run in it. Us mums are the but of many a joke, especially those who cannot drive their multi purpose vehicle.
However for the mums that can drive their mpv's I recommend the Galaxy as a good all round vehicle.
For the money Ford give you quite a good bundle and the second hand galaxy's are very reasonable to buy. I shopped around a bit before purchasing this car and was quite shocked to see the VW version was almost £5,000 more.
However the lack of boot space is a big draw back. I have removed my two rear seats thus only having a 5 seater now. If I hadn't done this then I would never be able to get a buggy inside the car yet alone shopping.
So be warned, its a good car, not to steap on the insurance premium's but there's not a lot of space to be had.
