Advantages: Great fun to drive /Small and nippy/ Great city car but capable on long distances./

Disadvantages: Back seats cramped / Some may find road noise obtrusive .

Have only had my 1997 Ka four months but I am loving it more and more. Its only got 50000 miles on the clock and runs like a dream. It always starts first time and is smooth and fun to drive. I have used it on long motorway drives to Newcastle and Manchester and it has not felt out of its depth. I did find the tyre noise too intrusive but this has been improved by new Continental eco 3 tyres I recently had fitted. They have also improved the ride and handling and I would recommend them to Ka owners. My Ka is ten years old but only has a couple of tiny rust bubbles, one on the tailgate, and another one the sill.
The rear wiper was a little tempremental, working when it felt like it but this has been solved by cleaning the metal connections on the tailgate.
I drive alot in London and it is perfect for the city, making driving in London fun and not many cars do that. Its economy has been amazing with £30 of petrol getting me to Newcastle (280 miles) with petrol left for me to run around in up there.
This little car has exceeded my expectations, and I have driven many expensive hire cars over the years. And it has bucketfuls of personality.

Summary: A fun car much more comfortable than you would expect for the size. Is not boring.
