Advantages: Fun,cool car, Very nippy, Great fuel consumption
Disadvantages: Small boot
I have had my Ka since September as it was a present from my parents for my 17th since i have had it i cant fault it. I passed my test in my Ka on the 8th january this year and since then i there hasnt been a day i havn't driven it and loved driving it. I have the base model Ka in Bright Red with black bumpers its an X-reg (2001) since buying it i have made a few adjustments i had a CD player fitted(£200), 14" Ford alloys (£500),B pillar strips (£55) and a crome exaust cover (£50). I think the ford ka is really great car although the boot could do with being a bit bigger and i would prefer 3 seats in the back rather than two, its really reliable no matter the weather it always starts first time and the heater gets hot in about 2 minutes. I think the engines are really good as well very powerful for such a small car i rarely find another car i cant beat at a traffic light, as most off my journeys take me on motorways (college and back everyday) i find it easily keeps up with the other traffic and the handling around corners is great. Although the boot is not great i still managed to get me and three mates with suitcases in the car last week and it handle the 3 hour journey brilliantly. Since passing my test in January my parents have offered to buy me a brand new car as they said i only got this one to learn in, but i have test driven i think every small/medium car there is out there including Clio's,Saxo's,Fiesta's,C2's,Punto& #39;s,Yaris's,206,106 and even a Focus and nothing even comes close to my Ka so for now i can't see me changing it for anything and anyone who owns a KA knows what i mean.

My mother-in-law used to have one of these and I must admit, it was a nice little car. I prefer my cars to be a bit bigger though :o) |
