I recently replace my old VW Golf that had given me many pleasurable trips, as the head gasket blew and it wasn?t cost effective to repair. I managed to get a 1992 Ford Orion Ghia EFi, at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, whilst it is a nice, comfortable car to drive, and has all the little luxuries like electric front windows, power steering and a factory fitted sunroof, it has decided that it will throw some idiosyncrasies up at me: - · The air filter fills with oil · The power steering fluid levels drop ? due to a worn inlet pipe on the steering rack. · A nerve wrenching sound when cornering left under power, as if something is going to fall off. ...
